Delinquent Accounts:


Collection of delinquent accounts: (This fee shall be applied once the final due date is reached and the collection process is initiated)


Reconnect of service for non-payment: (Payment must be in by 3:00 P.M.) - regular office hours

$30.00 Plus deposit and past due amount

Reconnect of service for non-payment: (After 3:00 P.M.)

$70.00 Plus deposit and past due amount

Delivery of two-day notice of disconnect for non-payment

House moving or other services

Deposits: Refundable




One-sixth (1/6th) of that consumer's estimated annual billings; or
